Your mission at Expliseat: We are currently in the middle of integrating IFS Cloud (version 25R1), the ERP that will structure all of our processes: production, supply chain, quality, finance. You will join the Data Department and actively participate in the "Build" and "Run" phases of this strategic project. You will be in charge of designing operational documents (output/reporting) and will participate in the daily administration of the platform. Your missions: Axis 1 — IFS Cloud Output Design (~60 %): You will take charge of the design and industrialization of printable documents (Operational Reports) issued by the ERP: Collect and formalize the needs of business users (purchasing, production, logistics, quality, sales administration, finance) regarding the documentary scope: purchase orders, acknowledgments of receipt, delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, manufacturing orders, manufacturing files, traceability labels, certificates of conformity.
Design layouts under IFS Report Designer: layout, Expliseat graphic charter, multilingual management, formulas, conditional formatting, barcodes, and 2D codes (Data Matrix / QR) for part marking and traceability.
Analyze Report Definitions and associated XML Schemas to identify available data; propose necessary enrichments via Custom Fields exposed to reporting, systematically prioritizing the standard way.
Configure the printing and distribution chain: Logical Printers, Print Agents, Report Rules (automatic choice of layout and printer according to context), sending by e-mail, depositing electronic documents via IFS Connect, utilizing the Report Archive.
Design Quick Reports and Lobbies for ad hoc reporting needs.
Write design documentation, test plans, and lead user testing.
Axis 2 — Technical-functional Administration of IFS Cloud (~40 %): Working in a pair with the data manager, you will contribute to the daily operation of the software: Security and permissions: management of users, Permission Sets, roles, data perimeters.
Functional configuration: Basic Data, Custom Fields / Custom Objects, Custom Menus, translations (Translations / Basic Data Translation), Quick Reports, Lobbies.
Automation: Events and Event Actions, Background Jobs, Database Tasks, and Batch Schedules — planning, supervision, failure diagnosis.
Level 1 / 2 Support: qualification of incidents, structured diagnostic approach (application logs, configuration, access rights), escalation to the publisher or integrator, ticket follow-up.
Data migration and quality: preparation of templates, execution and control of Migration Jobs, reconciliation in cooperation with the rest of the data team.
Environment management: supporting the transport of configurations between DEV / TEST / PROD, non-regression testing during Service Updates (IFS Cloud Evergreen logic).
Interface with the Data Department: understanding the REST / OData projections exposed by IFS Cloud to feed our BI tools and dashboards.
Writing necessary functional and technical documentation.
Your profile: Education: Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 (or Bac+3) degree: engineering school, Master MIAGE / Information Systems / Data, BUT Data Science or Computer Science. A specialization in IS/ERP, data, or supply chain is a plus. Good knowledge of XML, XSL, and XPath technologies is also expected. Practical experience is appreciated, but strong motivation and a real ability to develop skills in these areas will also be valued. Technical skills: Notions in Oracle PL/SQL constitute an additional asset.
An understanding of relational databases as well as data modeling concepts.
Knowledge of business management processes (purchasing, inventory management, production, invoicing, etc.) is desired.
First experience with an ERP represents a significant advantage, ideally with the IFS solution.
A sensitivity to layout and document design will be particularly appreciated and will constitute a real differentiating factor.
Notions regarding REST APIs, OData services, as well as the JSON format are appreciated and will complete the sought profile.
Technical English (fluent reading is essential).
