Your mission at Expliseat: As part of the ramp-up of our factory and to support our future projects, we are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer. As a true relay for our quality requirements with our partners, you will play a key role in the performance of our supply chain. Reporting to Purchasing Quality, you will drive supplier quality performance throughout the entire product life cycle.

In this capacity, you will: Qualify and evaluate suppliers by driving quality audits (initial, periodic, action plan) and making decisions during cross-functional committees.

Drive the qualification and approval of products and supplier manufacturing processes (validation of FAI / DVI/ PPAP).

Define, deploy, and validate quality requirements in specifications and ensure their proper implementation throughout the project and series life phases.

Drive and monitor supplier quality performance (indicators, action plans, compliance with deadlines NC / FAI / DVI / PPAP).

Facilitate and organize reviews, audits, and quality exchanges with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Deploy continuous improvement processes and handle non-conformities and quality issues of supplier origin.

Represent and coordinate the Supplier Quality function in project instances and provide cross-functional support to internal teams.

Your profile With a Master's degree (engineering school or master's), ideally specialized in Quality, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering. You have a proven experience of at least 3 years in driving supplier performance, imperatively in a demanding international industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, or railway) and you are familiar with manufacturing processes (machining, forging, casting, textiles, and aesthetic components). You possess expertise in audit techniques (Product / Process / System). An auditor certification would be an asset. You speak English fluently. Proficiency in Mandarin is a differentiating advantage for our exchanges with Asia. Rigor, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills allow you to interact effectively in an international and cross-functional context. You know how to convince, negotiate, and adapt your discourse to various interlocutors (internal and external) thanks to your communication skills. Mobility: Position requiring high availability with frequent international travel (approximately 30 to 50% of the time).

This position is based in our factory in Angers or in our offices in Paris.
