Spray Gun Operator – Beveren Region

For a technical project in the Beveren region, Experza is looking for a spray gun operator for the professional repair of small paint damages on new machines. Using a brush, spray can, and the correct preparation, you ensure that every machine is finished neatly and professionally.

What you will do:

• Carefully repair small paint damages and imperfections on new machines.
• Perform paint corrections using a brush and spray can.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and treating them correctly.
• Use paint products and materials according to the prescribed working method.
• Check color, gloss, and coverage during and after the painting work.
• Touch up any imperfections in a timely manner for a uniform final finish.
• Keep the work zone orderly and safe.
• Handle paint products, spray cans, and other materials carefully according to safety regulations.

Steady hand and an accurate working posture. Strong sense of detail and finishing. Independent and structured approach. Experience as a spray gun operator, painter, bodybuilder, or industrial paint finishing worker is a plus. Good knowledge of English to correctly understand safety instructions and work agreements. Conscious handling of safety, order, and paint products. Driving license B and the ability to travel independently to the work location in the Beveren region.
