We are looking for a qualified individual who has mastered payroll processes, wishes to develop professionally, and values stability and clear structures in everyday work. The appointment is intended for the fourth quarter of 2026, but an earlier start is also possible.

HR Services & Payroll with responsibility

• Independent execution of monthly wage and salary accounting for industrial and commercial employees
• Consideration of different working and payroll models
• Maintenance and administration of personnel and payroll data in HR and time management systems
• Creation of HR evaluations, statistics, and reporting
• Contact person for employees regarding payroll, social security, and wage tax issues
• Communication with health insurance companies, social security providers, tax offices, and authorities
• Support during audits as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Participation in operational HR day-to-day business and contribution to the further development of HR processes

Professional foundation & personal skills

• Completed commercial training or a degree related to personnel, taxes, or payroll
• Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally with a focus on wage and salary accounting
• Sound knowledge of social security and labor law
• Further training in personnel management or payroll is an advantage
• Confident handling of HR, payroll, and time tracking systems as well as MS Office
• English skills at least at B1 level
• Willingness to learn and the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics and systems
• Assertiveness, reliability, and a structured way of working
• Desire for long-term development in a stable HR role
