To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Senior Controller (m/w/d) | Industry starting immediately. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

• You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, prepare controlling data from SAP, and support the analysis of business KPIs.
• You will support budget, forecast, and corporate planning for the European business division and actively participate in the further development of planning processes.
• You will create regular reports, projections, and business analyses, check deviations, and prepare meaningful decision templates for management.
• You will support the European group companies in all controlling-relevant matters and assist them with business questions and the analysis of their economic development.
• You will coordinate investment projects as well as other performance KPIs, for example, in the area of Working Capital or personnel controlling.
• You will participate in cross-departmental projects, create ad-hoc evaluations, and continuously develop reporting and controlling instruments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You have a completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Controlling, or Finance. Alternatively, you have commercial training, for example, as Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), as well as further training as a Controller (m/w/d) and several years of professional experience in controlling.
• You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an internationally active industrial company.
• You possess very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in using Power BI and SAP (R/3 and/or S/4HANA).
• You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You enjoy working with international locations and interdisciplinary teams and convince through initiative, communication strength, and assertiveness.
• You have good English skills and are willing to undertake occasional Europe-wide business trips. Further foreign language skills, e.g., French, are an advantage.
• Knowledge in accounting or financial accounting is an advantage.
