THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

• You control and coordinate project and schedule plans and ensure transparent project tracking.
• You create evaluations, reports, and KPIs and prepare them for management and various stakeholders.
• You analyze project progress, identify risks, and support the development of suitable measures.
• You act as an interface between project management, controlling, specialist departments, and external partners.
• You support the further development, maintenance, and administration of project management and planning tools.
• You accompany documentation and coordination processes and contribute to efficient project control.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in project management, project controlling, PMO, or a comparable environment.
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent way of working.
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form.
