For the location in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, we are looking for you as a Change Manager (m/w/d) in full-time.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

• Identify and actively manage stakeholders
• Conduct Change Impact analyses and develop Case for Change
• Plan and implement change and communication measures
• Ensure clear Change Governance and structures
• Manage resistance and actively involve employees
• Advise Stream-Leads, project teams, and Satair Leadership Team
• Ensure sustainable Change Adoption and implementation
• Advise cross-project on stakeholder, communication, and Change Management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Completed studies in the field of psychology, communication sciences, or business administration (m/w/d)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Change Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in PR/communication management
• Very good knowledge of MS-Power Point
• Good knowledge of Lean and project management
• Business fluent English skills
• German and French skills are an advantage
• Willingness for 1-8 business trips per year, mainly worldwide (USA, Singapore, France, and Denmark)
