For the Bremen location, we are looking for you as an Atlassian Consultant (m/f/d) - Jira & Confluence.

YOUR TASKS

• Conception of IT solutions and their implementation (incl. acceptance) in the assigned focus area, often taking into account customer project-specific needs
• Ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems within the area of responsibility
• Interface between committees, key users, and central IT
• Needs assessment as well as consulting for specialist departments and projects, including requirement gathering, creation of Use Cases, creation of decision templates, and demand-oriented conception of individual solutions if necessary
• Market analysis and monitoring with regard to innovative topics and future-oriented trends within the area of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Informatik or vocational training with several years of professional experience
• Special training in the corresponding focus area (Infrastructure/Applications)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience in collaborating with specialist departments and external service providers
• Many years of professional experience in consulting and application management or in comparable tasks
• Independent and structured way of working, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to travel
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as outstanding analytical abilities
• Strong presentation skills and a confident appearance
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High level of assertiveness
• Independent, responsible, and result-oriented working combined with active teamwork
• Quick comprehension of technical problems and solution-oriented implementation
