For our client, an established and internationally positioned industrial company focusing on the development and manufacture of high-quality fastening technology, we are looking for you as an experienced specialist in quality management (m/f/d) for a modern production site in Saxony. Become part of a dedicated team that ensures the highest quality standards and actively contributes to the further development of processes and systems.

What awaits you:

• Support and further development of the existing quality management system according to ISO 9001 as well as the environmental management system according to ISO 14001
• Implementation and coordination of quality audits – from preparation and monitoring to follow-up
• Preparation and implementation of the annual management reviews
• QA-side monitoring of production processes during ongoing production operations
• Implementation and coordination of incoming goods inspection
• Processing of complaints as well as coordination of the resulting measures
• Implementation of first article inspections and corresponding documentation
• Creation of evaluations, statistics, and key figures in the QM area

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies or qualified technical school degree with a technical focus – e.g., Industrial Production, Materials Technology, Quality Management, or comparable
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 – ideally with practical experience in system maintenance and further development
• Initial to several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance in a manufacturing company
• Strong quality awareness as well as a structured, independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
