For our client, an internationally active security and defense technology company based in Ulm, we are looking for you as a Project Management Officer (m/f/d) Operations Network & Strategy at the earliest possible date. The company is among the most innovative players in its industry, convincing through demanding programs in the field of Operations Strategy & Development and offering you an environment with high technical depth.

Your tasks:

• Coordination of the implementation of strategic programs in the operations area as well as steering the associated PMO
• Preparation and maintenance of meaningful reports, presentations, and documents for tracking program progress
• Central communication interface to internal departments as well as external partners
• Co-design and establishment of uniform PMO standards for steering relevant projects
• Support in the planning, implementation, and controlling of projects, including interdisciplinary project teams, as well as independent assumption of administrative and assisting tasks for the division management

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Business fluent English skills
• Several years of experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and various stakeholders
• Ideally experience in the field of Operations, Supply Chain Management, or in strategy consulting, as well as sound knowledge of common project management methods and tools
• Structured, independent, and flexible way of working paired with strong communication and organizational skills
