For an internationally leading company in the field of medical technology based in the Erlangen area, we are looking for a Clinical Lifecycle Coordinator (f/m/d) part-time. In this position, you will be the central interface between product lines, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, as well as Research & Development, and will ensure the clinical benefit and safety of the products in accordance with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Your tasks:
- Planning and coordination of PMCF and clinical evaluation activities across the entire product portfolio to ensure MDR compliance
- Assessment of the need for additional clinical data collection after placing on the market, in close coordination with product lines, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, as well as Research & Development
- Development of strategies for generating, analyzing, and utilizing PMCF data, as well as support in carrying out corresponding activities
- Creation and maintenance of PMCF plans and reports to evaluate clinical data from Post-Market Surveillance, clinical trials, and scientific literature
- Support in the creation of clinical evaluation documentation as well as close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (including Product Management, Medical Writing)
Your profile:
- Completed degree in medicine, natural sciences, or engineering
- Many years of professional experience and sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (EU-MDR, MDCG guidelines); knowledge of international frameworks (China, USA) is an advantage
- Practical experience in designing processes in the area of Clinical Lifecycle Management and clinical evaluation
- Basic understanding of clinical research methods (study design, biostatistics, information management); knowledge of magnetic resonance technology is an advantage
- Business fluent English skills, strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a structured, goal- and team-oriented way of working; German skills are an advantage
