Who are we looking for?
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Very good user knowledge in SAP as well as MS Excel
- Strong analytical thinking skills and high affinity for numbers
- Structured, independent way of working as well as strong initiative
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance in exchange with various departments
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
What do we expect?
- Management and further development of site controlling with a focus on costs, efficiency, and profitability
- Preparation and analysis of monthly closings, budgets, and forecasts
- Execution of variance, profitability, and scenario analyses
- Preparation of meaningful reports and key figures for executives
- Creation of ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
- Active participation in cross-departmental controlling and optimization projects
- Identification of improvement potential as well as participation in the optimization of processes and controlling instruments

- A gross monthly salary of at least EUR 5,000.00 is provided for this position. Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
