Change Manager

Who are we looking for?

• Completed technical college, HAK, HTL or equivalent training in mechanical engineering or automotive technology
• Professional experience in an interface position
• Mediation skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) required
• Good English skills required
• High reliability and adherence to deadlines
• Strong communication skills

What do we expect?

• Change management: process execution
• Classification of part numbers
• Part number and part master data creation for standard parts and MTB parts
• Administrative support of the change process (problem reports, change requests, and change numbers)
• Ensuring that all projects are informed about changes, including cross-sectional changes
• Tracking the change process until FET using key figures and early notifications
• Process monitoring, evaluation, and maturity level measurement
• Planning process development in coordination with the Process Portfolio Manager
• Process definition, documentation, and implementation together with the process partners

• A gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3,802.93 is provided for this position. Overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
