Receptionist cum Admin Support

We are looking for a customer service and administrative support staff to support daily operations, assist students, parents and members of the public, and ensure smooth classroom, test centre and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information and assistance to students, parents, vendors and members of the public, including handling walk-in enquiries and emails.
  • Provide administrative support for short courses and test centre operations, including student verification for assessments.
  • Assist with the issuance of requested items/documents.
  • Receive and dispatch printed notes, stationery, products, refreshments and other materials.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and neatness of the service counter and surrounding area.
  • Manage and document the issuance of room keys.
  • Open and lock rooms at the start and end of operating hours.
  • Liaise with Facilities Management on classroom upkeep and maintenance.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of refreshments for classes.
  • Upload and update content on digital display panels via the content management system.
  • Handle logistical matters, including stocking, shelving, movement of classroom
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage.
  • Able to handle walk-in enquiries from English-speaking students, parents and vendors; basic Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in uploading and scheduling content on digital display panels via a content management platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Email, as well as call handling and basic record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • High level of initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in logistical operations, including stocking, shelving, moving classroom furniture and operating operable walls.

Working hours / Information:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm / 12pm to 8pm (Rotating Shift)
  • Saturday: 8am to 1pm
  • Nearest MRT: Woodland North Station
  • Work Location: In person
