DATA Architect - Fabric M/F
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Microsoft Fabric is THE new Microsoft SaaS data platform. As a cutting-edge new technological offering, it provides a unified experience from data integration to modeling and reporting, centered around a "Power BI-style" culture while defining itself as the "OneDrive of Data". Expertime was the 1st French partner to evangelize this technology through Microsoft's Fabric in a Day events. Expertime wishes to continue its investment by strengthening its teams with passionate people convinced by this new technological vision proposed by the publisher Microsoft. As a Data Architect within a team, you will work on projects and missions that address client challenges in data exploitation. You will participate in pre-sales phases, architecture studies, and the implementation of solutions, with a responsibility for the technical supervision of projects (both on fixed-price contracts and client missions). To this end, your missions are as follows:
- Analyze and qualify the "business" needs and issues of our clients
- Define and implement Data architectures adapted to project contexts: Modern Datawarehouse, LakeHouse, DataMesh...
- Support Consultants and Data specialist Engineers on projects and work towards the quality of their achievements and deliverables
- Collaborate across all Data activity domains: BI, Real-time Analysis, AI
- Provide a critical perspective and a duty to advise on the choice of Data technologies
- Participate in defining best practices for technical implementation and ensure their application according to current methods (Zero Trust Security, DataOps, Infra-as-Code, Automated Tests...)
- Work in an agile context and carry and have the desire to learn continuously
In parallel:
- You develop your expertise through training, technological monitoring, certifications, and participation in community events
- You contribute to building a knowledge base for the Data team: use cases, tools, management indicators, learning processes, etc.
- You contribute to the high level of knowledge and expertise of the teams through your commitment and personal training work (participation in partner workshops, following learning sessions, obtaining certifications, etc.)
SEARCHED PROFILE:
- Graduate of an engineering school, you possess significant experience in the field of DATA
- You master: data governance; SQL; Design and implementation of an end-to-end Data solution; Design and implementation of enterprise-scale analytics solutions; Synapse; Azure Data Factory; architecture typologies (Modern Datawarehouse, LakeHouse, DataMesh...)
- You know or have already worked on projects involving Fabric
- Your curiosity leads you to perform daily technological monitoring
- You are open to exchanges, capable of understanding a business need and translating it into a technical need. Your sense of client relations is regularly highlighted professionally
- You like working in a team while being autonomous in your functions. You like working simultaneously on several projects with different teams
- You possess at least technical English (reading / writing documents in English)

- Full-time permanent position (CDI), in Viroflay (agency accessible by public transport and/or bicycle),
- Fixed salary + individual and collective variable, holiday bonus, profit-sharing,

- 3 days of teleworking possible per week / 2 days minimum presence in office
