Adjunct Trainer – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Your tasks

We are expanding our pool of adjunct trainers and seeking passionate, knowledgeable and engaging individuals to deliver practical, hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Conduct engaging, interactive AI training sessions, workshops and corporate programmes.
• Demonstrate the effective use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and other emerging platforms.
• Teach practical prompt engineering techniques to improve productivity, creativity and workplace efficiency.
• Guide participants in applying AI to everyday tasks, business operations, marketing, administration and content creation.
• Facilitate hands-on activities, case studies and real-world AI applications.
• Adapt training delivery to suit different audiences, including working professionals, SMEs, seniors and beginners.
• Develop or customise training materials, presentations and practical exercises where required.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools and industry developments.
• Promote responsible AI usage, including data privacy, accuracy, ethics and information security.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is proficient in using various AI platforms, particularly generative AI chatbots, and can translate complex AI concepts into simple, practical applications for learners of different backgrounds.

Essential

• Strong working knowledge of generative AI and multiple AI chatbot platforms.
• Confident in demonstrating AI tools through live, hands-on training.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and practical AI applications.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable conducting both physical and online training sessions.
• Passionate about education, technology and continuous learning.

Preferred

• Previous experience in adult education, corporate training or workshop facilitation.
• ACTA, ACLP or other relevant adult education qualifications.
• Experience delivering AI-related courses or corporate workshops.
• Familiarity with AI tools for presentations, image generation, video creation, automation and business productivity.
