Group Fleet Manager

Do you want to help build the future of the international machine rental business? We are looking for a business-oriented Group Fleet Manager to develop the Group's fleet management, performance, and profitability in collaboration with local organizations in Finland, Switzerland, and Lithuania.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing the Group's fleet performance and creating unified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Planning and executing investments (CAPEX) and managing the equipment lifecycle.
• Developing procurement and supplier cooperation and leading strategic partnerships.
• Developing the product range and evaluating new products together with the business units.
• Utilizing digital solutions and fleet data to develop the business, customer experience, and decision-making.
• Continuously improving maintenance and repair processes as well as spare parts management.
• Supporting profitable growth and optimizing the return on capital committed to the fleet.

In this role, you will report to the CEO of Avesco Rent in Sweden.

We hope from you:

• Experience in fleet management, preferably from the machine rental business or another capital-intensive industry.
• Strong business and financial understanding and the ability to align fleet management with business objectives.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to utilize data in decision-making.
• Experience in procurement, investments, and supplier cooperation.
• The ability to influence, build cooperation, and lead change across organizational and national borders.
• A hands-on approach and readiness to travel.
• Fluent English skills. Knowledge of German and Swedish is considered an advantage.
