Your tasks

Join a leading international organisation as a Digital Workplace Lead, driving the adoption and evolution of Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, and digital workplace initiatives.

• Lead Digital Workplace strategy and user adoption initiatives
• Drive Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot engagement
• Manage digital transformation and change management projects
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions
• Promote governance, continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Digital Workplace or Microsoft 365 leadership
• Strong background in user adoption, change management and project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English required; French is a plus
