We are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager who wants to be part of developing the products of the future together with our customers and our production organization. With us, you will have a central role in the industrialization process, where you lead projects from the customer inquiry and quotation work all the way to implementation and handover to production. You will become an important link between the customer, technology, and production and will have the opportunity to influence both the project results and the company's continued development. About the role As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating projects within the manufacturing industry. You ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements while creating good relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our customers and internal specialists within, among other things, production technology, injection molding, automation, and assembly. Your main tasks

Drive and lead projects from the quotation phase to finished implementation in production Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and deliveries Lead cross-functional project groups with participants from different parts of the business Responsible for the projects' schedule, budget, and quality Serve as the customer's main contact person throughout the entire project process Participate in technical discussions regarding product development and industrialization Work with products where injection molding, surface treatment, as well as manual and automated assembly are central manufacturing methods Ensure a structured handover to production

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a technical background and a great interest in project management, production, and technology. You could be a newly graduated engineer with strong drive or a more experienced project manager who wants to develop further within the manufacturing industry. An engineering education or equivalent technical competence through work experience An interest in production technology, industrialization, and technical processes A good understanding of project work and business contexts Experience in or interest in injection molding and automation technology Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
