About the assignment As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing production processes, working methods, and production flows. You work with technical analyses, reporting, and improvement initiatives that strengthen the efficiency of the operations. The role involves close collaboration with production and other functions to ensure that processes meet quality requirements as well as the company's goals.
Start: 1 October to March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
Develop and improve production processes and working methods Conduct technical analyses and produce reports Drive and participate in improvement projects Optimize production layout and material flows Ensure compliance with quality and operational requirements Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with production and technical functions
Who are you? You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have a natural drive and enjoy identifying improvement opportunities. Furthermore, you are collaborative, quality-conscious, and have the ability to work independently.
An engineering degree in a relevant technical field and 2-6 years of relevant experience, alternatively other technical education with 10-15 years of experience Experience in production technology or production development Experience of improvement work within the manufacturing industry Good analytical ability and experience in reporting Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
