About the assignment As Kalkylledare, you are responsible for coordinating and leading the estimation work within development projects. You work closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and other key functions to collect, quality assure, and compile estimates for hours, resources, and costs. The result is used as a decision-making basis for future business and customer projects. Your tasks

Responsible for the production of calculations and cost estimations for development projects Coordinate resource and cost data from various specialist functions Lead and structure the estimation work ahead of upcoming contracts Compile and present decision-making material for various stakeholders Work with resource planning and reporting in Antura Ensure that documentation and reporting maintain high quality Contribute estimation expertise during the startup phase of projects

We are looking for you who want to work with Estimation, cost estimation, project coordination, project management, or resource planning. You want to participate in project environments with many contact surfaces and have the ability to drive the work forward in a structured manner.

It is a plus if you have

Interest in project operations within industry, technology, or development Good ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously Experience with ERP- or PPM-systems Very good knowledge of Excel Experience or interest in larger business systems Academic education or equivalent professional experience.
