IT Project Manager for AJ Produkter in Halmstad
AJ Produkter currently has an existing e-commerce site but, in connection with the implementation of the new solution, must now fully integrate it with all necessary systems e.g. AX 2012 etc, create a new design, and also simplify internal workflows. In this project, AJ Produkter is collaborating with an external development partner. As Project Manager, you will be given the opportunity to plan, lead, and execute decisions related to the implementation of the company's new platform EPiServer.
Your tasks:
- Lead, coordinate, and plan how the implementation shall be carried out in collaboration with the development partner.
- Internal communication lead.
- Technical requirement setter based on input from all involved departments: Marketing, IT, and Sales.
- Responsible recipient of deliveries and, together with the existing e-commerce development organization, test and implement the functioning solution.
We are looking for you who are: To succeed in the role of project manager, we see that you are a brave do-er with a large portion of humility and flexibility. Your ambition level is high and you always want to deliver a good result within given frameworks with good follow-up. You are used to working in a structured manner and have the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to help your employees develop. You have previous experience in leading projects within web platform implementations and an interest in technical solutions with the customer in focus.
- We see that you have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably within e-commerce (retail) and web with a focus on larger implementations of new platforms. Thus, you have a good understanding of the opportunities and requirements that exist in large implementation projects.
- University degree in an IT-related field (System Architect, Data Engineer, Interaction Designer, or similar)
- Furthermore, you are used to working according to recognized project management models such as scrum or equivalent.
- Experience with EPiServer is meritorious.
- You work unhindered in English, both in writing and speaking, and appreciate colleagues at both national and international levels.
