We are now looking for a Content Producer AI Lead who wants to take a key role in developing, producing, and scaling content using Generative AI in a global organization. This is an assignment for you who combines strong creative drive with technical curiosity and who thrives in the intersection of content production, AI development, and project management. About the assignment As Content Producer AI Lead, you will become a central part of the work to develop the future of content production. You are responsible for creating and delivering content using modern AI tools for image, video, and text, while simultaneously driving the development of efficient workflows and scalable production processes. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, creative, and media teams, where you ensure that content is produced with high quality, efficiency, and in line with brand guidelines. This is an assignment for you who wants to be at the forefront of Generative AI and be part of turning new opportunities into concrete results. Your main tasks Create and deliver content using AI-based tools for image, video, and content generation. Drive and coordinate content projects from brief to final delivery. Develop, improve, and standardize AI-based workflows and production processes. Work with prompt engineering to optimize quality, efficiency, and results. Collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams to produce campaign and channel material. Ensure that all content follows quality, brand, and legal guidelines. Evaluate and implement new AI tools and working methods. Contribute to the development of best practice within Generative AI and support the organization in its AI maturity journey.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have Documented experience in content production and digital content creation. Very good experience with Generative AI and AI-driven production flows. Practical experience of AI generation for image, video, and content. Strong competence in Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in workflow automation and the development of efficient workflows. Experience in scaling content production across multiple channels and formats. Good knowledge of prompt engineering. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other modern AI tools. Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Very good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
