EXPERIENCES is recruiting for its client, a recognized industrial site with an international dimension, a Quality Technician M/F on a CDI basis.

The position:

Integrated into the Quality department and reporting to the Quality Manager, you are a daily field actor. Your role is to ensure the compliance of products and processes while actively participating in the development of the quality culture on the site. Concretely, you lead field quality routines, conduct investigations into observed deviations, and manage the associated corrective and preventive actions. You take charge of the management of internal non-conformities and customer complaints, perform field controls and audits, and ensure the management of products in quarantine with rigorous traceability monitoring. You also contribute to the analysis of quality indicators, participate in internal audits and the maintenance of certifications, update documentation, and support production teams in the application of standards.

Profile sought:

With a Bac+2/3 degree in Quality, or an equivalent field, you master problem-solving tools and audit techniques. You have a proven first experience, which must have been acquired in an industrial environment. Professional English is expected. Field-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and a good communicator, you enjoy analyzing, solving, and supporting teams toward continuous improvement.
