Quality & HSE Manager Industry (M/F)

We are looking for a QHSE Manager (M/F) for an industrial company with an international dimension.

The position:

Reporting to the Management, you are responsible for the definition, deployment, and management of the site's Hygiene, Quality, Safety, and Environment policy. Together with your team, you ensure regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and continuous performance improvement in line with the strategic orientations of the company and the group. You lead processes related to management systems (quality, safety, environment), manage internal and external audits, monitor performance indicators, and coordinate associated action plans. You support operational teams in identifying and controlling risks, contribute to the development of a safety and quality culture, and ensure the interface with external organizations and institutional stakeholders.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a professional with higher education, ideally an engineer (M/F) in QHSE, quality, safety, or environment, with mandatory confirmed experience in an industrial environment of at least 7 years. You master ISO standards and applicable regulations, as well as audit methods, risk analysis, and continuous improvement. Comfortable in a transverse role and a confirmed manager (M/F), you know how to interact with various interlocutors, advise management, and unite teams around HQSE challenges. Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and pedagogical skills will be essential assets to succeed in this role. Knowledge of the agri-food industry is an asset (related standards such as BRC, IFS, etc.). Proficiency in English is expected.
