Your tasks
As a Product Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of PowerCurve solutions from requirements through deployment. You will facilitate client workshops, define specifications, lead the solution design, and resolve delivery issues to support successful implementation.
By combining business insight, analytics, and Experian technology, you will help clients make informed decisions, improve customer value, and achieve measurable growth. You will report to the Senior Product Consultant, Team Leader, Essentials.
- You will lead solution delivery from design through go-live, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- You will facilitate client workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions to gather requirements, align outcomes, and establish effective engagement with prospective clients.
- You will transfer knowledge and strengthen team capability through structured training, documentation, and mentoring.
- You will define and improve delivery practices by identifying reusable solutions, process improvements, and tactical innovations.
- You will support early-adopter programmes, demonstration builds, global solutions, and pre-sales activities while preparing regional and central teams for product adoption.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing Collections, Originations, or Customer Management solutions, including leading workshops and validating client requirements.
- Experience delivering SaaS or application solutions on Cloud (e.g. AWS), from pre-sales and estimation through design, implementation, and project completion.
- 5+ years of experience applying commercial credit-risk principles to define solution scope within agreed project, budget, and delivery parameters.
- Experience leading delivery teams to implement solutions, working with project managers, sales, business development, and client stakeholders.
- Experience producing high- and low-level solution designs, coordinating global virtual teams, and mentoring delivery team members.
