Your tasks
The Executive Manager - Risk Management Solutions will lead the strategy and evolution of the Risk Management product portfolio for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), including Prospecting, Credit Granting, Portfolio Monitoring, and Collection solutions. Responsible for understanding the customer's credit journey to ensure a portfolio customized to the needs of SMEs, both through the reuse of enabler components already developed at Serasa, and through new features that leverage SME performance. Leads the Risk Management Tribe (with direct leadership of PMs/POs and indirect leadership of designers and devs), directing from discovery to delivery, with a focus on continuous value delivery to the customer. Plays a fundamental role in identifying, influencing, and enabling internal and external partnerships that make the portfolio evolution and relevant P&L growth possible.
Requirements
- Desirable experience of 10 years or more;
- Advanced/fluent English for conducting debates, projects, and presentations to the global team;
- Strong communication and results presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Experience in the SME segment (Consumer/PF also desirable);
- Deep experience in Digital Products, including value proposition, pricing, valuation, PMM, and BizDev.
