We are looking for a Technology Executive Manager to lead the technological strategy for the evolution of the product portfolio for SMEs (small and medium enterprises), which includes credit granting, monitoring, collection, self-management, and financial management solutions, as well as our platforms encompassing web, app, and WhatsApp, using Agentic AI as a competitive differentiator. This leader must deeply understand the pain points of SMEs, business strategy, and new technologies (highlighting Open Finance, Duplicata Escritural, data, AI) to ensure constant delivery of value to the customer, accelerated time to market, and development quality. To this end, your area involves the disciplines of development engineering, QA, data and AI, architecture, SER, maintenance, and contract management. Intense partnership with GPMs and designers of the business unit is also relevant in this position, as well as identifying, influencing, and enabling other internal and external partnerships that can accelerate learning, results, and productivity. The main focus of the role can be summarized as “outcomes over outputs” and constant evolution, with the greatest challenge being the speed of market entry for solutions and platforms, as well as the maturation of the AI First concept in our ecosystem.
Qualifications Experience in technology in the financial market, having worked in the SME segment at some point, and leadership for at least 5 years; Practical and constantly evolving involvement with new technologies, highlighting generative and agentic AI; Product Development experience through integrated squads of products, design, and technology; Excellent communication, leadership, and influence to interact with teams, internal and external partners, and executive levels, taking the ecosystem to another level; Analytical capacity, focus on data and impact metrics, productivity, and budget and contract management; Advanced English for interaction and presentations (fluency will be a differentiator).
