What we look for in you: Ability to build and develop strategic verticals, focusing on customer proximity, value sales, and strengthening long-term relationships. Solid technical background, with an analytical and structured basis, allowing for the evaluation of complex scenarios and support for business decisions. Advanced English, with fluency to operate in global corporate environments, including negotiations, presentations, and strategic interactions. Expertise in a hybrid operating model (hunter/farmer), with a predominance in hunting even within existing portfolios, driving expansion and the generation of new opportunities. Strong growth orientation, with knowledge in revenue increase strategies, market expansion, and new business development (“growth mindset”). Experience in Credit, with an understanding of products, risks, policies, and dynamics associated with the segment. Desirable Knowledge: Solid experience in data and analytics applied to the business, with the ability to translate insights into commercial and strategic actions. Experience in the fintech ecosystem, including business models, innovation, and integration with financial services. Track record in digital transformation initiatives, covering strategy, design, and implementation of solutions oriented toward efficiency and growth. What your main responsibilities will be: Lead the construction and development of strategic verticals, strengthening proximity to customers and driving value sales. Act in a consultative manner, conducting long-term strategic relationships, focusing on value generation and business expansion. Apply structured analysis and business vision to support commercial decisions and identify relevant growth opportunities. Conduct interactions and negotiations in a global corporate environment (advanced English), including presentations and strategic alignments. Act with a hunter profile within the portfolio, identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and new areas of operation in existing customers. Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, with a continuous focus on generating new opportunities and market expansion. Act in commercial initiatives related to credit products and solutions, connecting customer needs to the company's offerings.
