We are looking for a professional to work on evaluating investment opportunities, executing M&A projects, and supporting the financial integration of acquired companies. The position will play a relevant role in developing financial models and conducting due diligence. Main responsibilities Develop financial models for company valuation (Valuation), including historical analysis and projection of Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow. Develop economic-financial analyses, scenarios, and business assumptions to support investment and acquisition decisions. Prepare and present financial results, models, projections, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders involved in M&A projects. Lead the due diligence process alongside consultancies and internal areas, covering accounting, tax, labor, and financial fronts. Coordinate budget planning related to the integration of acquired companies, monitoring performance indicators and performing Actual x Budget x Forecast analyses. Prepare financial and strategic studies to evaluate growth opportunities, operational efficiency, and value generation. Interact with multidisciplinary areas, including Legal, Tax, HR, Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning.
Higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Valuation, Financial Planning, or related areas. Advanced knowledge in financial modeling and analysis of financial statements. Experience with due diligence processes and post-acquisition integration will be considered a differentiator.
