We are looking for a Finance Specialist to act as a protagonist in financial transformation initiatives, integration of acquired companies (M&A), and continuous process improvement. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic projects aimed at the standardization, optimization, and scalability of financial operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, operational efficiency, and support for the sustainable growth of the business. Main responsibilities Conduct initiatives related to the financial integration of acquired companies (M&A). Act in the continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes. Interact with different areas, such as Contabilidade, Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Billing, Payroll, FP&A, Compras, Gestão de Contratos e Clientes, TI, RH, and global teams. Participate in the construction of executive materials and in the relationship with Internal and external auditors. Support the implementation of best practices, financial governance, and operational efficiency. Participate in meetings with the board, acting with autonomy and confidence in conducting presentations and discussions, especially in the absence of the manager. Routine and challenges of the position The professional will work with the team responsible for financial processes related to M&A, focusing on Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Billing, Contabilidade, Gestão de Contratos e Clientes. Will have frequent interface with Internal and external audits and partner areas. The main challenge will be to have a broad view of the various financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement, integration, and efficiency gains.
Higher education in Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Contabilidade, or related fields. Experience with M&A processes, integration plans, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Experience in Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Billing, Contabilidade, and Gestão de Contratos processes. Experience with Oracle. Advanced Excel. Intermediate Power BI. Knowledge and use of AI tools. Intermediate English, including conversation. Differentials Advanced English. Post-graduation in areas related to Administração, Contabilidade, or Economia.
