We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to support the team in monitoring results and in financial planning routines. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals at the beginning of their careers who wish to develop in FP&A, gain business vision, and strengthen their technical foundation in finance. The person will act collaboratively, with monitoring and guidance from the team, supporting the consolidation of financial projections and results, the organization and analysis of data, and the preparation of closing and performance materials. Main Responsibilities Support FP&A cycle routines, including budgeting, forecast, monthly analysis, and closing. Assist in the consolidation of costs from different directorates of the business unit. Support the reconciliation of information bases, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment between different financial data sources. Support the preparation of variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), identifying main deviations and drivers. Contribute to the preparation of reports and performance monitoring materials. Support the team in meeting demands from business areas, with monitoring and guidance. Maintain organized controls, databases, and files, ensuring the quality and reliability of information. Support initiatives to improve processes, reports, and tools used by the FP&A team. Work on multiple simultaneous demands, developing the capacity for organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related areas (completed or in final stages). Previous academic or professional experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or related areas (internship or junior position). Advanced knowledge of Excel. Intermediate English (reading and daily communication). Good analytical capacity, organization, and attention to detail. Behavioral Competencies Genuine interest in learning and developing in the FP&A area. Organized profile, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities. Ease in working in teams and interacting with different areas. Clear communication and openness to continuous learning and feedback. Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility regarding deliverables. Differentials Familiarity with BI tools or financial planning (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, etc.). Previous experience in medium or large-sized companies.
