Assessment Consultant [Fulltime]

We’re looking for an Assessment Consultant who enjoys combining psychology, analysis, and real-world judgment.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology (S2) with an active SIPP
• At least 1 year of experience in assessment or recruitment
• Experience with psychological testing, interviews, and talent sourcing
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
