Fluent English Freight Forwarder (M/F)

To strengthen its teams, our client, specializing in transport solutions, is recruiting a Freight Forwarder on a CDI basis.

In brief:

• Monday to Friday, 37.5h contract
• On-call shifts to be expected, on an equitable rotation system
• Fluent English

Reporting to Sarah, you will be her right hand. Your role will be to ensure the interface between clients and carriers in order to organize and monitor the collection and delivery of goods, within the specified deadlines and in compliance with legislation and according to the terms agreed upon with the client.

Your challenge will be to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients and to develop the business by prospecting for new clients, even if it means positioning yourself in new sectors!

• Enter orders into the ERP and plan client loadings with reactivity, managing the contingencies inherent to the activity
• Sell available loadings
• Collect all documents necessary for customs
• Monitor the results of your service providers in terms of service and participate in continuous improvement
• Negotiate rates with clients and subcontractors for spot contracts
• Monitor and optimize transport costs
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships and regular contact with your interlocutors in order to satisfy all parties involved
• Develop, retain, and monitor the portfolio of existing or new partners

Let's talk remuneration

• A gross salary starting from 30,000EUR, to be negotiated according to profile
• Bonus Prime based on achieving objectives

Capable of juggling a multitude of information, you know how to manage priorities as well as stress within an intense activity
