Your tasks

What will be your job description?

• ensuring timely processing of shipments from the port to foreign countries (communication with ocean carriers)
• advising customers of shipments
• organizing transport according to customer instructions
• cooperation with customs agents
• administrative activities associated with the position

(timely processing of documentation, data entry into systems)

• daily communication with domestic and foreign customers, suppliers,

Requirements

What is important to us?

• good communication skills and orientation towards customer service
• proactive approach to work and willingness to learn new things
• knowledge of the English language (daily use)
• meticulousness, responsibility, and independence
• user knowledge of PC work (MS Word, Excel)
• experience in the logistics field is an advantage, not a requirement
