Reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager, you will join an IT team of 7 people. Your scope covers two complementary dimensions: the administration of cloud environments and the management of the internal network infrastructure. You guarantee the availability, performance, and security of the systems that drive the daily operations of all Exotec employees. You are the primary point of contact for the DSI teams, as well as the Product teams for everything related to infrastructure needs. This role is part of a structured IT organization, with real technical responsibilities from your start date.

The Challenge Exotec operates in a constantly evolving multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP), serving more than 1,300 employees distributed worldwide. Mastering this infrastructure is a key issue for continuity and performance for the entire company. Your challenge: Taking over the infrastructure: Acquiring a complete and in-depth understanding of our cloud and network environments to quickly gain autonomy Optimizing environments: Identifying areas for improvement and actively contributing to the rationalization and performance of the existing infra Being a force for proposal to evolve the infrastructure in the right direction, by anticipating needs rather than reacting to constraints Cross-functional collaboration: Building relationships of trust with internal teams to better anticipate and meet their needs

Main Missions

1. Optimization and continuous improvement

You analyze the existing environments, propose optimization paths (cost, performance, resilience), and actively participate in their implementation in connection with the team.

1. Application deployment support

You support development teams in deploying their applications on Kubernetes, ensuring the link between application needs and infrastructure constraints.

1. Administration and reliability of cloud environments

You ensure the operation, supervision, and maintenance of Azure and AWS infrastructures. You are the guarantor of their daily availability and performance.

1. Network infrastructure

You manage the installation and operational maintenance of the network infrastructure across all Exotec sites. You take charge of the configuration and management of interconnection hardware (routers, switches, Huawei/Unifi Wi-Fi access points) and guarantee the quality and continuity of connections for all employees.

1. Infrastructure security

You apply and evolve security best practices across the entire scope: hardening configurations, managing privileged access, and maintaining vigilance regarding common risk vectors.

1. Incident management & service continuity

You handle and escalate infrastructure incidents, ensuring speed and quality of resolution. You contribute to the definition and maintenance of continuity plans (PRA/PCA) to guarantee the resilience of IT services.

1. Documentation and capitalization

You maintain up-to-date, high-quality technical documentation to ensure the readability of the infrastructure and facilitate collaboration within the IT team.

Requirements Experience +3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a multi-cloud environment Concrete experience with Azure and/or AWS infrastructures in production

Technical skills Mastery of Azure and AWS (administration, IAM, virtual networks, monitoring) Solid networking basics: VLAN, Firewall, LAN/WAN, routing, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN) Solid Linux basics IaC / DevOps: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Gitlab Notions of infrastructure security (hardening, access management, cloud best practices)
