Mission Context As part of the construction of a new generation renewable and low-carbon hydrogen production facility, we are looking for an experienced and certified Electrical Installation Responsible Person. The service provider will be responsible for the management, supervision, and absolute compliance with electrical safety rules on-site. In accordance with local and European safety standards, they will assume formal operational responsibility for the safety status, operation, and maintenance of temporary electrical installations. In a context where preliminary energizations are planned during construction, a significant part of the mission will involve lockout operations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. The service provider will constitute the primary authority regarding work permits and LOTO protocols. Assume operational responsibility for the electrical safety of the installations under construction

Guarantee the compliance of operations with applicable local and European electrical safety standards

Supervise operations related to the preliminary energization of installations under construction

Define, manage, and supervise electrical lockout operations

Drive and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Be the primary authority regarding work permits and LOTO protocols

Supervise the design, maintenance management, and periodic inspections of the site's temporary electrical installations

Supervise the site's temporary electrical network

Issue, manage, and validate safety work permits for subcontractors

Manage and validate protocols associated with high-risk activities

Issue, manage, and validate lockout and LOTO procedures for subcontractors

Perform initial inspections of electrical installations

Carry out pre-commissioning checks

Regularly perform electrical safety audits

Inspect distribution boards, transformers, generators, and temporary electrical cables

Guarantee the permanent maintenance of temporary electrical installations in a state allowing for safe operation

Minimum 5 years of operational experience in industrial construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects

Expertise in electrical design and installation

Experience in managing electrical safety on industrial sites

Experience with electrical lockout operations and LOTO procedures

Certification allowing practice as an Installatieverantwoordelijke (IV) or equivalent European certification

Knowledge of NEN 3140 / NEN 3840 / NEN 1010 standards: Advanced level

VCA-VOL Certification: Expert level

European electrical certification: Expert level

European electrical lockout certification: Expert level

English: Expert level

Fluent professional English is essential
