DI Water Systems Package Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and executing DI Water & WWT system equipment installation projects in semiconductor fabs, managing design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and client handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of DI Water and WWT equipment installation projects in semiconductor manufacturing fabs to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Communicate project requirements, including design specifications and schedules, with project managers and clients to align expectations and progress
• Manage the preparation of tender packages for DI Water & WWT system suppliers and lead vendor evaluation and contract award processes to secure qualified suppliers
• Oversee suppliers through detailed design, manufacturing, and installation phases to deliver turnkey projects on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor commercial aspects and control project costs to meet financial targets
• Implement quality assurance processes to verify all project deliverables meet design and safety standards
• Inspect completed installations and monitor operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational safety requirements
• Manage supplier activities during testing, commissioning, training, and documentation to ensure smooth system handover to clients
• Interpret P&IDs and schematics to support project execution and troubleshooting
• Apply knowledge of DI Water and WWT system test equipment and methods to validate system performance
• Utilize understanding of mechanical design standards to ensure compliance throughout project phases

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Experience in equipment design and knowledge of DI Water and Industrial WWT systems
• Experience managing turnkey DI Water & WWT system installations and understanding utility requirements for equipment facilitation
