Visit Coordinator (M/F)

Exirys, a local communication agency specializing in the industrial sector, is looking for a Visit Coordinator for the Cattenom nuclear site (57).

On a daily basis, this position is a subtle blend of field practice and administrative management.

Under the responsibility of the site coordinator, as a Visit Coordinator M/F:

• You accompany visitors in discovering the facilities while respecting safety rules and ensuring the quality of the visit.
• You deliver your clients' messaging and give presentations to an audience, adapting the discourse to each target (clients, elected officials, VIPs, general public, students, schoolchildren...), in relation to the site's activity and its events.
• For young audiences, you conduct animations, on-site or off-site, to awaken curiosity for the industrial environment; you demonstrate pedagogical skills.
• You take charge of the reception and administrative management of visits on the sites, from the first email to the arrival of the group; concerned with enhancing the visitor experience (before / during / after), you ensure post-visit processing and reporting.
• You are proactive in the design and animation of communication projects.
• You represent the image of Exirys to various interlocutors, as well as that of your clients, conveying their messages and their values.

Profile sought: Candidate M/F with a Bac + 2 level of education, in the field of communication, teaching, science, scientific mediation, or as a guide-lecturer with an appetite for science or the industrial environment. A Category B driver's license is essential (necessity to travel to the site). Part-time annualized CDI (32h/week) to be filled as soon as possible.
