Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, BOQ, and scope of works for water treatment system.
Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and cost estimates for water treatment system works.
Measure quantities for civil and structural works, water tanks, process piping and valves, pumps and mechanical equipment, water treatment equipment, etc.
Prepare BOQ, pricing schedules, cost plans, and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
Assist with procurement and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project expenditure against the approved budget.
Verify subcontractor/supplier progress claims against actual site progress.
Manage variations, additional works, omissions, and claims.
Maintain records of material quantities, site measurements, invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Assist the project team in identifying cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Participate in site meetings, progress meetings, commercial meetings, and coordination meetings.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, M&E Engineer, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review and verify as-built quantities and final accounts.
Prepare and negotiate final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Support project close-out, including commercial documentation and handover.
