We are developing a pharmacy chain and are looking for a pharmaceutical sector professional who wants to take on the challenge of launching our first business formats and establishing the operational foundations for their future expansion. Although we already have an established branch, we are not just looking for someone to manage the operation; we are looking for someone capable of making it grow.
Your tasks
WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE? You will be responsible for implementing the initial operation of our pharmacies, from the supply strategy and negotiation with suppliers to the launch of the establishments, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations. The results we expect from you are:
- Pilot pharmacies functioning with clear, efficient, and replicable operational processes.
- Adequate supply, controlled inventories, and favorable negotiations with suppliers and laboratories.
- A product assortment defined based on rotation, margin, and demand.
- Establishments that comply with applicable sanitary requirements and have their corresponding documentation.
- Supply, rotation, and profitability indicators that allow for decision-making for expansion.
Requirements
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TAKE ON THIS CHALLENGE?
- Bachelor's degree in Química Farmacéutica Biológica, Química Farmacéutica Industrial, or Farmacia, with indispensable professional title and license (cédula profesional).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience in purchasing, supply, and negotiation with laboratories.
- Verifiable experience as Responsable Sanitario of pharmacies.
- Mastery of applicable sanitary regulation and experience in procedures, audits, and verifications before COFEPRIS.
- Experience in pharmacy operations, small commercial formats, or expansion projects.
