Director, Change & Transformation Florida Onsite

We are working with a rapidly growing technology-led organization seeking a senior Change & Transformation leader to lead complex enterprise transformation programs.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can bring together strategy, people, technology, operating model and execution to deliver meaningful organizational change.

You will work closely with senior executives and transformation sponsors, taking responsibility for major programs from strategy and design through implementation, adoption and business outcomes.

The Role

Lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans Partner with C-suite executives and senior business leaders Lead cross-functional teams across multiple transformation workstreams Drive organizational change, stakeholder alignment and adoption Lead transformation involving technology, AI, operating model and process change Identify and manage program risks, dependencies and resistance Establish program governance, reporting and performance measures Ensure transformation benefits are delivered and sustained Build alignment between business and technology leadership Coach and develop transformation and change professionals

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading complex transformation programs Strong background in organizational change and transformation Experience working directly with senior executives and transformation sponsors Ability to lead multi-workstream programs from strategy through execution Strong understanding of organizational change, adoption and business transformation Experience with technology-enabled transformation, AI, operating model or process transformation Strong program governance and stakeholder management skills Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to operate at both executive and delivery levels
