Customer Advisor / Rental Sales Agent

For our steadily growing station network in Austria, we are looking for 1 Customer Advisor / Rental Sales Agent for our new branch in Wien-Schwechat.

Your tasks:

• Professional handling of local as well as international customers

• Independent contract processing for vehicle rentals

• Active advice and sale of all additional services

• Administrative activities related to car rental

• Focus on the satisfaction of our customers

• Fleet administration, damage management, dispatching

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have experience in the service industry

• You have completed school and/or vocational training and service-oriented professional experience.

• You possess team spirit and are capable of multitasking.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

• You possess a Class B driver's license.

• You have solid English skills in speaking and writing (additional languages are an advantage).

• A passion for customer service as well as entrepreneurial thinking characterize you.

• You work independently, responsibly, and proactively.

Working hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 24:00 by arrangement

The gross annual salary - for full-time (40h/week) - for this position is at least € 2,200.-- depending on professional experience and qualification, plus the option for further sales-dependent commission payments.
