About the company

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to act as a Latent Defects Surveyor, handling a portfolio of latent defects / structural warranty claims on a 'project managed' basis, without financial restriction.

Your tasks

You will work from home and operate throughout the North West regions as required, acting for key clients.

Requirements

You will be typically skilled / experienced in defect diagnosis and building pathology.

You will be MRICS / AssocRICS and/or MCIOB qualified.
