Building Surveyor / Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to handle a portfolio of property damage claims on a 'project managed' basis, without financial restriction, operating throughout the South Manchester, Cheshire & Staffs / Shropshire regions as required, acting for key clients. You will typically be responsible for scoping / scheduling works, contract administration, variations, final accounts etc. Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified, although this isn't necessarily essential.
