Software Engineer (Full-Stack & AI Integration)

Work location: Redhill (near Jurong) 5+ years in software engineering, including at least 4 years of hands-on OutSystems development. Develop, maintain and modernise secure, scalable applications using OutSystems, with strong expertise in platform architecture, LifeTime, Service Center, deployments and production support. Build full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, HTML5, CSS3 and SQL Server, including REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP integrations. Manage application operations across AWS/GCC, IIS, Windows Server and networking, ensuring security, performance, high availability and disaster recovery. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, observability and Infrastructure as Code while troubleshooting production incidents and driving root-cause analysis. Integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows, following secure engineering practices, compliance standards and platform governance, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable digital services
