ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Requirements

1. Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

1. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer).

1. Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.

1. Experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, workflows, platform upgrades, and production support, following ServiceNow best practices.
