Senior Automation Platform Engineer (Ansible & OpenShift)

Your tasks

Expertise in Day 2 operations, platform monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, upgrades, and new platform deployments.

Requirements

Experience in ITSM processes, ServiceNow, DevOps practices, runbook maintenance, and operational documentation.

Working knowledge of AWS administration, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.

Experience in platform installation, configuration, enterprise integration, security hardening, and capacity management.

Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and OpenShift/Kubernetes in production environments.

6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and production support.

Other

Location- Bouna Vista Prior senior or team leadership experience, with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and willingness to support 24×7 on-call operations and after-hours maintenance.
