Data Migration Lead- Bank

Requirements

• Banking industry experience is mandatory, preferably within Corporate Banking.
• 10+ years of hands-on data migration / integration implementation experience within a core banking transformation program. Candidates with advisory-only or purely functional-consulting backgrounds will not meet the bar for this role.

• Practical, personally delivered experience across the full migration lifecycle: data mapping, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation design, mock/trial loads, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
• Working knowledge of core banking data structures for lending products — the facility / limit / loan / transaction hierarchy, collateral and guarantee linkage, schedules, accruals, and balances. Strongly preferred given this release's lending scope.

• A strong grasp of reconciliation principles: record counts versus control totals, multi-level reconciliation (source, transformation, target, and GL), and the discipline of audit-ready evidence.
