- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, users, and policies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.
- Experience working on software or digital product development projects.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments will be advantageous.
